Holder (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a must if you are serious about safety.  If you carry a gun or just like to be prepared for safety's sake you should always carry a tourniquet.  Holster comes with "C" Belt Loop (shown) for securing to your belt, bag, etc...  Tourniquet fits snugly in the C.A.T.
